Packages, parcels and special items (such as recorded post) are usually delivered to the Concierge.

Given the ever increasing number of items delivered daily, it is not possible for the concierge to notify you of every package received. However, most delivery companies now inform you when an item has been dropped off, so we ask that you collect your packages from the concierge as soon as possible.
