Reports are sent directly to the estate manager and shared with the site issues team. You should expect a response to your report within two working days.

Riverside antisocial behaviour

The Kingston Town Centre Police have recently made the reduction of anti-social behaviour on the Riverside one of their main priorities.

To help the police with this, they require timely reporting of anti-social behaviour on their reporting system. This helps them to respond appropriately and also keep records so that progress can be monitored.

It takes just a few minutes to answer the standard questions and residents would not be putting themselves at any risk by submitting a report. When setting future priorities the Police will look at the level of recent reports of anti-social behaviour.
