The Charter Quay gym will be upgraded with a new multigym on Monday 20th June (not 15th as originally planned). The unit - which is a BodyCraft X2 F-Xpress Dual Stack Gym including Leg Press - will replace the current multigym.Read More
Update: The work reported below has been completed and the scaffolding removed.
On the 24th May, scaffolding will be erected along part of Garricks House wall facing into the Piazza. The purpose is to investigate and resolve the discolouration in the surface render. The duration of the investigation and repair is not currently known. Please check back for updates.Read More
Unfortunately there have been additional complications with the sump pump valve replacement. Engineers are though confident the work will be completed on Thursday 5th May - but aiming for Wednesday evening if possible.Read More
Engineers have now fixed the sump pumps in Stevens car park. However, the repair has highlighted a secondary problem with one of the sump valves which also needs to be replaced. The part has been ordered and will be fitted as soon as it arrives - hopefully on Friday.Read More
